My name is Methe Sejlund. I am educated at Body-sds Denmark, Body Self Development System. In addition to my training in Body Therapy, I have taken courses in Psychotherapy, NLP, Communication, Reiki Healing Levels 1 and 2, as well as studies via Denmark and England in Bach Flower Medicine.
I work from the philosophy that there is a connection between the body and the mind, and that physical problems may be caused by unprocessed feelings, just as the condition of the body has a great influence on the emotions.
In my treatments, I seek the underlying root of a problem, instead of just treating the immediate symptom. I always try to work with you to get an oversight of the factors that have created your issue, so that you yourself can help create the changes that help get you back in balance.
I treat both children and adults and I always adapt my treatments according to what the individual client needs.
